For some odd reason I couldn't get this video to download on Facebook and really wanted to share it.

Speed and running don't really seem to go together for me, but today I ran a 400m easy warm up 2 mile tempo 400m easy cool down and averaged a 8:55 minute mile. This is pretty quick for me!!
