Thumbs Up Moments

This is one of my favorite pictures of Collin to date.  We have done no prompting for him to give us the two thumbs that he has started doing recently for pictures.  This shot would lay the best used car salesman pose to shame.....

Another thumbs up moment: I completed my second to last 4 mile tempo run yesterday.  It wasn't pretty and it didn't feel good but I kept the pace I needed to (with the help of the dreaded treadmill) and I only have 1 more 4 mile tempo run on my training plan.

I have also ran over 200 miles so far in 2013!  It's a two thumbs up kind of week!!
